Please be advised that we are now required to stop providing non-essential veterinary care, until further notice.Â We will remain open, with modified hours of operation.Â Â We will continue to see our clients for necessary veterinary attention, such as for ill or injured patients that require immediate medical attention.
We ask, moving forward, that if you require medication, supplements, food or other supplies for your canine and/or feline companion(s), that you call us (514-505-6555) , or email us at email@example.com at least 24 hours ahead of time, so that we may prepare all orders for you.Â When your order is ready to be picked up, we will call you, and ask if possible, for you to pay for your purchase via telephone.Â In this way, we hope to be able to minimize risk to you, and to our staff as well, by limiting contact and time spent in the building.
Remember that we do have online services to order food and supplies from out online VetStore, and we encourage you to use their home delivery service to help reduce the number of people physically entering the clinic.
We ask that if you are bringing your companion to us for medical services, that only 1 person accompany the animal inside the building.Â Please respect personal distancing protocols when you are in our building and understand that staff may make requests to help keep everyone safe while examining your canine or feline companion.Â We ask for your co-operation in this regard.
